County Ball raises £570 for Cardiac Risk in the Young
Thank you to everyone who attended the 2013 Derbyshire Scout County Ball for their kind donations to the raffle we raised £570 for our chosen charity, Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime?
Derbyshire Scouts have exciting plans for an Explorer Belt expedition in 2014. At this stage, the team want to build a list of people that might be interested in taking part in this unique international experience. To register your interest, sign up to the facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/DerbyshireExplorerBelt2014 or email explorerbelt@derbyshirescouts.org.
This will be open to Derbyshire Explorers/Network (aged 16-25), so please share with anyone in the age range you know, Explorer leaders, etc.

Katie's hard work pays off and she earns the top honour in Guiding
Congratulations to Quest Network member Katie Webb on being awarded the Queen's Guide Award - the highest award in guiding.

Kinder Walk 2012 results
A huge well done to all the Derbyshire Network teams who took part in the 2012 Kinder Walk. Among the Network teams who competed were Fusion Network who won the Network Trophy.

Apex Challenge results
A huge well done to Ay Up Me Duck, Fusion and Quest Network for successfully taking part in the Autumn 2012 Apex Challenge in the Peak District.

Quest Success at Sun Run
Congratulations to Quest Network on a successful weekend at Sun Run 2012. Quest, along with Explorer Scouts from Derby North, picked up the Moon Run Senior Mixed Trophy and gained overall 2nd place in the Sun Run.
Again congratulations to Quest and the Derby North Explorers on a brillant effort.
